Garden Walk House

For a family of five relocating from out of state, this home needed to bring clarity, efficiency, and a sense of permanence to a bustling lifestyle. The property was a rare city lot with a deep garden setback.

We embraced modular efficiency and Passive design to create a light-filled two-story home with garden access from nearly every room. The children's bedrooms face east for morning sun; the kitchen and dining areas open to a private patio with native plantings.

The home features high-velocity HVAC, ERV for healthy air exchange, and high ceilings throughout—all delivered with less site disruption thanks to modular construction.
